1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at vantageartificialintelligence.com or engaging Vantage AI for consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Vantage AI operates from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

2. Services

Vantage AI provides AI automation consultancy services including but not limited to:

  • Business AI audits and workflow assessments
  • AI automation design and implementation (using tools including Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
  • AI agent and chatbot development
  • CRM automation and integration
  • Business AI training and education
  • Ongoing automation retainer and support

The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement provided prior to commencement.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as specified in the relevant invoice or service agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property in deliverables created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement is assigned to you upon receipt of full payment. General methodologies, frameworks, templates, and know-how developed by Vantage AI remain the property of Vantage AI.

All content on this website (text, graphics, code, design) is the intellectual property of Vantage AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Vantage AI's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Vantage AI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Warranties and Disclaimer

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not warrant that automation systems will be error-free or uninterrupted. Results will vary based on your specific workflows, data quality, and third-party tools in use.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

8. Third-Party Tools

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Salesforce, Xero, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. Vantage AI is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or policy changes of third-party platforms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
